A: Our employees are insured to protect against any loss or breakage that may occur while we clean your home or office. All employment taxes are paid and all employees are covered under workman’s compensation if one of our employees are hurt on the job.
Q: Does someone need to be on location when a cleaning takes place?
A: It is up to the client whether they or anyone else would want to be present. Typically the commercial properties would be cleaned in the evening or night once all employees have vacated for the day. For residential it is totally up to the home owner, we will work around anyone who may be home during our cleanings.
Q: Am I required to enter into a contract?
A: We are confident enough in our services that we do not push for contracts! If a potential client would prefer a contract it can easily be done, but we don’t feel locking anyone into a contract is necessary.
Q: Can we make special requests?
A: Absolutely! We can accommodate carpet cleanings, deep cleans, & more! If you need a customizable cleaning plan we are here for you! If there is anything you’re interested in having done you can ask during a consultation, in email, or by simply calling. If for any reason we would not be able to comply with a request, due to insurance for example, we would then inform you.

A: All of our employees receive the same training course, which is hands on, with the company owner to ensure all cleaning is not only consistent, but up to the quality all our clients expect!
Q: Do I need to provide any cleaners or supplies for the cleaning?
A: No you do not. We will provide all the necessary cleaners and supplies, such as dusters, vacuum, microfiber towels, and a wide variety of professional cleaners and products.
Q: How often can you clean my home or business?
A: We offer Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleans for residential properties. For commercial properties we are flexible with options ranging from 3 - 7 cleans weekly depending on your cleaning/janitorial needs.
Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A: Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. Q: How do I pay for cleaning services?
A: We accept: Check / Mastercard / Visa / ACH / Zelle . To pay with Credit / Debit / ACH follow the link attached to the invoice that has been emailed to you. When using Credit or Debit a 2.9% + $0.30 Fee is charged per transaction. When using ACH a 1% Fee is charged per transaction.
